Solution
The
wicked problems that people who live in modern cities experience is congestion
of public transport, such as insufficient coverage of bus and subway services,
bad scheduling, and excessive reliance on personal vehicles. The solutions to
solve the wicked problems is integrated smart transport system sought to reduce
congestion while boosting the efficiency and dependability of public transport.
The system will use AI to optimise bus routes and schedules in real time, and
there will be multi-modal transport integrations such as bus, subway,
bike-share, and e-scooters, which will serve as an alternative method of
transportation. Moreover, we can address safety concerns by incorporating
real-time monitoring of transit vehicles and emergency response elements into
the app (Owens, 2021).
